Perfect and neat hotel with great food and very friendly staff. Good restaurant, brand-new room with incredible views, balcony plus the bathroom. Convenient and perfect location minutes from Fonti di Follonica Drinking Water Fountain.

We had a lovely sized and airy room in the nice building. The bedrooms were pretty nice, featuring swimming pool view. It was surely a very good stay for a business trip.

Booked a room with views out to the hills. The breakfast with numerous options was served in the bar. Decent residential location right by the centre of sienna, Piazza del Campo & the Torre del Mangia, and two fantastic restuarants, off the beaten path, in Siena.

My twin/double room with the bathroom should be renovated, panoramic view, for example was brand-new. The breakfast was particularly nice and fine with stunning views and croissants, for instance, and had all you need.

The check in was convenient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. The staff members were consistently courteous and accommodating. It had good and excellent location just next door to the center of Siena and beautiful Siena...

Many things to mention - everything was neat, fabulous food, fantastic views. The room was bright and the staff were lovely friendly and excellent. The bar served a great selection of meals for breakfast. Location: the hotel was next to THE HISTORICAL CENTER, sightseeing and a round trip and really good restaurants. Dessert restaurant Gelateria Nice located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Everything was simply nice.

It was impossible to sleep late in the morning because staff started cleaning other rooms very early and did it very noisy

Staff spoke English very well. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was ample. Location was good. Very clean and well kept.

Make sure to get twin/double room with thermal isolation and fabulous view. It has peaceful and perfect location close to centre. The staff is competent and very amiable and the atmosphere is quiet.

Great location with beautiful views of the city. The pool was a refreshing bonus after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. Convenient bus stop nearby and everything you need within close proximity.

The rooms in the old part of the hotel were a bit outdated and could use some updating. The shower had some mold around the edges, which was not pleasant.
